shipping policy

At Dbio Enterprise, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle shipping, delivery times, and associated costs.

 1. Oder Processing
– All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
– If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be slight delays. We will notify you via email if this affects your delivery.

 2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer the following shipping options:

– Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Delivery within 5-7 business days after the order has been processed.
– Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Faster shipping option for urgent orders.
– Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Available for orders placed before 12 PM (EST) for next-day delivery.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and any external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather delays, carrier issues).

 3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
– Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment online.
– If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of your purchase, please contact us for assistance.

 4. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international locations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.
– Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Dbio Enterprise is not responsible for any customs or import taxes imposed on your order. Any fees applied during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, duties, etc.).

 5. Shipment Delays
Occasionally, shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays, weather events, or logistical challenges. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers but will do our best to inform you and provide support if your delivery is affected.

 6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

7. Incorrect Address

8. Return to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the recipient is unavailable for delivery, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges to re-send the package.
